Hunger overwrites our complete capacity to think, survival takes over, no growth is possible anymore. Let along think about something "better".

Some people are without a roof, some people are without a sense of home, and some of us feel completly unworthy.

Being in a state where we feel safe enough to RECEIVE and accept we are worthy of our basic needs, is the exact fertile ground for people to flourish.

Giving food away doesnt just allow people to feel say, it allows them to feel seen, appreciated and worthy of life. For some of us these ideas have been installed in our childhood, and many didnt receive this.

Giving food, is giving life in so many ways, from a smile, to acceptance, to patience, to worthiness, to nourishment, the list of benefits is endless.

We are never here to judge, we are always here to support, and include anyone as if they are family. Accepting who they are and where they are without question.

....AND for us, we get to receive these same things by giving away not just food but love. What we give to others in life is what we receive tenfold ourselves.
